Hed Bahack (b. 1994 in Israel) is a composer based in Leipzig. His music connects the perception and physicality of sound with a psychological interest in intersubjectivity, inner states and their expression.

His works have been performed by Ensemble Modern, Klangforum Wien, Ensemble Recherche and Quatuor Diotima, by the soloists Ilya Gringolts and Lawrence Power, and at venues including the Kammermusiksaal of the Berlin Philharmonie and the Pierre Boulez Saal. His work has been described as “…beautiful… a path of movements and colours… timbrally crisp and full of magic” (Gianluigi Mattietti, MusicPaper).
